This annual hunt is held the Sunday after PA Deer season ends.
The qualifications for this youth hunt requires each applicant to write an essay stating why they would like to come to RRI's annual youth hunt. To be chosen for the hunt they must be between the ages of 11-17 years of age and completed a hunters safety course. Our objective is to provide young hunters with a learning experience on bird hunting over a gun dog, along with a guide and a mentor.

Dylan & Dawson Otis- Guide Chad Messersmith with dog Chanteuse. "I really loved my hunt at Ringneck Ridge. There would be no second guessing that I would come again. Even though it wasn't the best day I still had lots of fun and took a nice hen." Dylan Otis "I loved my hunt because it was my first time every bird hunting and had a great learning experience, but I missed three and a funny part of the day I had a empty shell in my chamber and missed a bird, but I had a great day." Dawson Otis
